After working for a number of years in different careers related to technical and trades, David returned to school and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics. He then obtained his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001 and was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2003. He is the past president of Lake Country Minor Hockey and he supports societies who fundraise for Ukraine.
David is a civil litigation lawyer, with practice areas in personal injury, insurance law, construction law, contract disputes and other miscellaneous civil litigation matters. David has a strong commitment to providing exemplary customer service to all of his clients. David takes pride in obtaining fair and equitable outcomes for his clients.
David has trial experience at the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Provincial Court and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. He has proven success in obtaining results through negotiation, mediation and litigation, while remaining focussed on high standards, professionalism and respect for the dignity of all participants in the litigation process.
